I have to write this short wee note
To those who say they will not vote
You’re the people and you do select
The leaders that Canada will elect

If you sit back and don’t give a heck
Then don’t complain in retrospect
If a politician is a pain in the neck
You have that power to reject

Soldiers fought, some bled and died
For your right to choose and criticise
Don’t let them down go out and choose
If you don’t, it is you who will lose!

Harper, May, Dion, Commie Taliban Jack,
All say that they have got your back?
It’s up to you to make a choice
Because you are the people’s voice!
