THE GIFT OF SIGHT
A little girl can hold and hug her Izzy Doll and look upon its face.
Just a wee girl who’s infected eyes went un-helped by the human race.
The CAV are a group of old military guys who ride from place to place.
They collect the monies to give eyesight as they move at an MC pace.
The patron of ICROSS CANADA was a founder of the National CAV MC Club.
CAV rides with pride gathering lens money, as they stop by at a nearby pub?
Tanzania’s a place where the flies are thick-there are lots of Maasai Cattle.
To save the eyesight of little kids is always a constant medical battle.
Thanks to Trapper Cane and Tim Mc Cully who work hard the whole year round.
Maasai cattle move from pasture to pasture and wee kids sleep on the ground.
Tim’s Boomer caps protect wee heads and help to keep the body’s heat in.
Whist little Izzy Comfort Dolls bring smiles of joy to her and him.
A post card in the form of a thank you note was received by ICROSS CANADA here.
It wasn’t addressed as it should have been, to the CAV who helped last year.
So thank you Paul and thank you Tim for the good works you continue to do.
Pass along our regards to your MC pards who we think are a real blessed crew!

Author’s Night: Trapper Cane attended at my residence with a group of CAV members. He gave me the monies for the “eye lenses”.
A neighbour later in the day said, “Did you have a group of HELL’S ANGELS at your house today?”
“No it was a group of CAV Members and actually they are HEAVEN’S ANGELS. They help Aids Orphans and Blind Children” was my response.
