WHY STEPHANE WANTS TO RUN

He wants to be our own P.M.
And be de leader of all our men
He says he then will have to choose
To bring ‘em back, those brave Van Doos?

Stephane has a buddy, Taliban Jack
To vote with him and watch his back
The brave Van Doos they will travel far
To fight terrorists o’er in Kandahar!

If there is an election and Stephane’s the boss
He will turn tail and we will suffer the loss
Of our honour and our self respect
But at least his troops will return to Quebec?

The women who can read and went to school
‘Will be stoned to death by the Taliban’s Rule
Another Rwanda, another Darfur
Out record seems to be getting poorer for sure!

General Dallaire he seems to care
For the soldiers serving over there
He says that the fighting it is no fun
But we have to stay in country until the job is done!

TROOPS NEED TO FINISH AFGHAN MISSION: DALLAIRE

HALIFAX: Canadian soldiers should stay in Afghanistan until they get the job done, says Liberal senator and retired general Romeo Dallaire.

Dallaire, who commanded UN peacekeepers during the Rwandan genocide, was in Halifax yesterday addressing a conference. “We’re no more into the good guys, bad guys, let’s be home by Christmas crap,” he said in an interview.
