A burden is attached to each Piklee Bulletin last post.
RSM (WO1) Hansen sends sad info from Coast to Coast.
Friends, Instructors, our leaders, they no longer toil.
They have their final promotion, leaving this mortal coil.

They carried the history of the Regiment from years of yore:
Part of receiving battle honours and medals and more.
Those of us who soldiered with them back in our youth.
They taught us recruits when we were tough and uncouth.

We see their names listed on the Piklee Bulletin last post:
Memories, back o’er the years now we miss them the most.
God bless these old PPCLI soldiers as they pass away. RIP.
What else can I say… But AIRBORNE AIRBORNE all the way!
