LAUREN

Lauren was ten when she first penned
A poem of dragons and knights
Her dragons had young that they defend
And her knights wore armor and tights

Her dragons blew blue flame at you
Her knights carried lances and swords
When her dragon faced a knight or two
More knights were knighted by lords

New dragons were hatched from eggs in twos
But new knights were created with words
The dragons rested by taking a cruise
The knights drank wine from gourds

We know all of her dragons were pretend
The same we know of her knights
Now she writes of new clothing trends
But she’s still hung up on tights
