SON OF FEAR

Old wars and old hates
recorded in history
and sealed to the fates
‘Hate the sin not the sinner’
Forgive the wars…
but honor forever the warrior
for with honor they did defend
their cause to the very end
and it matters no more
All fall the same in war
and upon the battlefield
… courage does not yield
With shaky knees and sweaty hands
there can be no braver in any lands
than he who follows this rule
and considers courage as a tool
Without fear there is no bravery
Courage is an act performed with honor
… in the face of horrible adversity
Courage is born… the valid son of fear
… to reign in its own tender year
