Flags were lowered down,
Church services were held in mourning of their death
For the one hundred and eighteen soldiers who drowned
For the innocent soldiers took their last breath.
Such a huge price to pay for one hundred and eighteen lives
A plan with no meaning to be
Now just another of our lost at sea archives
A routine Navy exercise in the sea.
Nobody expected not to return.
For they had left families at home to grieve
For all the medals and stars yet to earn
For the all never know what to believe.
God Bless them all – for the sacrifice they made!
