Youthful hearts wait for this moment
And dream of what St. Nick will bring
Snow is falling soft and gentle
Hear the children’s laughter ring
With the Yule logs in the fireplace
Keeping winters kiss afar
Trees adorned with shiny treasures
Crowned with just His shining star
It’s a special time and season
As the carols fill the air
Cups and hearts are overflowing
As our spirits rise to share
Christmas Day soon will be here
And so I tell you true
My heart is full of thankfulness
For every one of you
