DIABETIC DILEMMA

Oh beautiful sweet cheesecake
Why do you tempt me so?
I know if I’m not strong
That you inside of me will go

Don’t think about the cheesecake
I heard my conscience say
But it was much too late
For me to turn and walk away

You have a texture and a taste
That’s simply so sublime
To leave you all alone
Would be a sad and wasteful crime

The pie pan now is empty
And I’ve lost control again
But you must understand that
Cheesecakes always been my friend
