Once more I step into the breach
For answers I can’t find
And dance among the demons
That still live inside my mind

Once more I chase the shadows
Knowing they hold what I seek
The years have come and gone
And yet I cannot make them speak

Once more I take my sword and shield
And step into the flame
That’s found inside the madness
Of this never ending game

Again I face the angry night
And what it brings to me
Once more I feel the ache inside
Of things that I still see
