Twin spirit, two-soul, love of my heart,
You are perfect as you are.
No one, especially God, need change you,
for you are just right as God created you.

Others may envy or just not understand
our perfect love.
How you can shield and protect me like a man
or cherish and coddle me like a woman.

You need not wait for heaven to consider yourself whole.
You are more than whole right now.
You lend your compassion and caring to many friends,
Yet there is always plenty left for me.
