The Mouse that RoaredI am reminded of the 1950’s Peter Sellers movie – “The Mouse That Roared” based on the premise that a small and very poor European Country would steal the “ultimate” bomb from USA, declare war and lose, thereby getting all the aid that the good old U.S. of A. seems to dish out to their defeated enemy. “Unfortunately” because of the ineptitude and bumbling of this small country, the U.S. decided that they were up against a brilliant enemy… and surrendered.

Hmmmmm – does reality fashion itself after art? Are all politicians, fans of Peter Sellers? Maybe satire IS the highest form of truth and imitation IS the highest form of flattery.

I guess we kids paid adult prices to find out, didn’t we?
