Frank is retired US Army; with a little over 20 years, Pvt to MSgt to CW3, Artillery and Signal Corps. He had assignments in TRUST, USAREUR, (3 times), SETAF, Morocco, Japan, and last, but not least, served in RVN with 9th Inf Div, 1967-1968.
