Yes, I like your new poem, Tony!!

Indeed, indeed, if Nam didn’t kill you dead
It was sure to mess around with your head.
There’s no turning back the hands of time;
But, from the pit of hell you must try to climb,
With an eye on heaven at the top of the hole…
Clawing like hell to recover your soul…
Tethered to your heel… burnt by the flames,
Praying you can salvage whatever remains,
Praying you’ll survive your time in the pit,
Forging on… not because of, but in spite of it!
