Bearing The Clan ShieldThese three photographs of me marching with Clan Henderson in the annual Scottish Christmas Walk in Old Town Alexandria, Virginia and were sent to me by Leon Hicks, the regional commissioner for Clan Henderson

I’m the guy with whiskers, wearing the Army field jacket. As you can see, they gave me the honor of bearing our clan shield. Being in the parade and carrying the shield was physically painful, but I loved the opportunity, and it was well worth the pain.
