SIMPLIFY, SIMPLIFY, SIMPLIFY
that is my duty
simplify before I die
another spring is breaking
and the back pages of my life are disappearing and retreating
touch base with those you love
let them know how you feel
because its here now
and before you know it, its gone
friends and lovers all will slip away
so talk them, they are only here for the day
and talking to ghosts it has to be seen
is just so much hot air in the might have been
some things can never be put right
as is chasing them in dreams in the dead of night
so if you still have a heavy load just before you die
there is just one golden rule
simplify, simplify, simplify
