Randy has always loved writing poems, children books and songs. He suggests that having been born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma had a lot to do with the type of material he writes. He loves the old west and native Indian culture and he learned from them a lot from Native Americans about the old west and the things that were important to them then.
Recently Randy has been published at USA-PATRIOTISM.COM for his poem “Blood on the Streets”. The International Library of Poetry has selected my poem “Old Mose” as a full page featured poem in their up-coming anthology of poems, “Eternal Portraits”. The Pawhuska, Oklahoma newspaper, The Journal Capital, published his poem “Prayer for the Prairie” and the on-line website, “VoicesNet” selected his poem, “The Price of Beef” for publication for their Anthology International Poetry Competition.
Randy’s hope is to continue writing about the things that are so dear to his heart in the land of outlaws and wild Indians that are the prairies of Oklahoma.
