MY REFLECTION

Standing before a mirror
Many faces look back at me
There is the raging beast
Vengeance and anger demand to be free

There is the green faced Warrior
Embracing and tempering the beast inside me
There is the medic
Sworn to help the patients to be healthy
There is the lover
Linked by a spiritual thread to a lady
There is the son
Striving for respect of the father
There is the father
Filled with pride for his daughter
There is the geek
spending hours in front of a computer

There are so many aspects
That I see
The time and pressure
Has made a diamond out of me.
