MEMORY BOX
A young boy in black
Sits beside his mother
Her hand on his back
Looking at the box of memory
Made out of mahogany
The box contains a lifetime
Thoughts and memory
To lose would be a crime
Tear falls and courage found
As the box enters the ground
He was lost on a test
Doing what he loved
To them he was the best
Could not overcome fate
On that horrible date
