Looking out for others
Is what I do.

I report a patient
Disoriented
The nurse responds
“Not the first time,
Won’t be the last”
Appears not to care

I report a patient
Off O2 and Disoriented
The nurse responds
“Not the first time,
Won’t be the last”
Maybe she’s burned out
Maybe needs a vacation

Some wards are harder
Than other wards
Maybe those hard wards
Need more time off.
