WHO DIES AND WHO LIVES

Who dies and who lives matters not,
So long as human beings survive,
Be they babies still lying in their cot,
It matters only is some are alive.
A harsh view indeed but it’s true,
When we allow our minds to accept,
That war is as natural as rue,
And all people are at it adept.
The divider is the creeds we believe,
The desire to control all the Earth,
The religions that we all receive,
In the vulnerable times after birth.
We can argue till we’re blue in the face,
But war has a permanent place.
