WHAT ARE WE ARGUING FOR?

In the end the people must suffer,
For their weakness and lack of control,
For their idleness provides no buffer,
Between the powers seeking the whole.
In the end the people revolt,
Or another nation enters the fray,
Either way there’s no umpire to halt
The game their uprising will play.
What God did not slaughter the children,
What God does not demand your core,
What religion does not have something hidden,
What country has never waged war.
Why are natural things always forbidden,
What the hell are we arguing for.
