China expands as predicted long ago,
Like a silent octopus rising from the sea.
A dragon-ship that other nations row,
Towards those goals some seem not to see.
For China is no different from the rest,
She seeks control of lifelines to her heart;
Securing lands in which she would invest,
From where she’ll not intentionally depart.
Those who control supply control us all,
Control the prices and control the cost,
Limit our forces that in war we fall,
For without supply effort is all lost.
Mark my words: supply keeps folk alive.
Chaos results for those who are deprived.
