Well it’s easy to say, it’s my P.T.S.D.
Every time I am simply being just me.
We seem always to have something to blame
When for other reasons our tempers inflame.
It’s oft an excuse; responsibility to elude,
For all the foul outbursts and for being so rude.
For mostly it’s self one is concentrating on
Instead of the person whose love we have won.
It remains our prime duty to respect those we love
And offer them trust without the pushing and shove,
And treat them as partners who will share in our pain
Without isolating their passion for an arrogant claim.
And I don’t give a damn where a veteran has been,
He knows the difference between love and being obscene.
