Let us succumb to the lasting dream
Lest in nullity we have not been,
And search our minds for poetic thought,
To express a glorious wondrous scene.
Let us wallow in perpetual peace;
That love and kindness doth increase
To spread like sunlight over the fields
Where no ill will doth lie concealed.
More than that, let friends be friends,
That the love our tranquil dream portends,
Like an immaculate flag that when unfurled
Is the symbol of peace across the world,
In which we do not have to die,
To prove our dream is not a lie.
