One cannot lose that which he does not have
Nor take a truth and turn it into lie.
Nor can the sun change from its current path
Unless the Earth by its aversion, die.
No sin can stop a soul that’s heavenly bound
Lest that sin be an unbelief in God
As all that lives upon and under ground
Will waste its living body in the sod.
A soldier has no destiny in sin
For the Lord knows why he wields a bloody sword.
And when he calls those slaughtered ones to him
For the sacrifice they made, He will reward.
And they who defend their homes from ruthless foe
Will, by their courage, to God’s heaven go.
