VETERANS' DAY – NOVEMBER 11, 2006

Andy and I returned from Washington DC last week. We were there for the Veterans Day celebration. Andy was asked to place the wreath in front of the Wall representing the 9th Infantry Division and Mobile Riverine Force, and I was asked to take photos for the event.

We also met up with Dennis Haines while we were there. Dennis is truly a remarkable man! You had to see him; he was up dancing with all the Donut Dollies. I have enclosed a few pictures for you to see. By the way, one of the pictures is Dennis dancing with Holly Watts. She also has some stories on your web site. Small World!
